Bole Ethiopian Restaurant

We walked to Bole from our hotel after our flight got canceled. What an unexpected treat. Make sure to ask for the gf injera made of teff flour. I had the veggie sampler which was totally amazing. My husband had the meat and veggie sampler. The flavors are out of this world and you can tell the food is made with love and care. Kind, friendly servers and a really lovely atmosphere decorated with Ethiopian art. The restaurant is in a large old house that sits up above the street. There’s an ample veranda for outdoor seating or comfortable tables indoors. Don’t miss this gem.
