Review of Boloco

Staff is very knowledgable about gluten allergens, any other allergens and celiac friendliness. Along with a verbal call out of a gluten allergy, gloves are changed and the counter is completely wiped down. So thankful for that! Managers are usually right there and aware of it as well. Gluten free wraps not available at the moment but any of the bowls are great! Can sit down and watch outside market street or grab Togo. Great quick spot with wonderful staff!
