Loved this place! From the atmosphere to the food to the safety. They have a separate prepped kitchen that is only for baking gluten free. The pies are amazing! He also has treats such as breads and sliced cake options. All are prepackaged and kept separate. I feel very safe eating here. He truly knows how to handle gluten free safety!

One of the pastry chefs we spoke to has celiac and takes extra precautions when baking gluten free. Though this isn’t a dedicated GF facility, they wait several hours for the flour in the air to settle before baking GF. The treats were delicious and this was an amazing little find! We will definitely be going back!
