I went here when they first opened (over a year ago) because I saw they had lots of GF options while I was walking by. Almost immediately, I was told by the staff that I should definitely avoid eating here if I have celiac as they are unable to provide separate cook spaces for both the empanadas and pizzas.
I am not sure if they have since changed how they operate in the kitchen, but recent reviews seem to indicate they have not. This is unfortunate because I have heard that both the pizza and the empanadas are outstanding. If you are gluten-free by choice, I encourage you eat here. HOWEVER, if you truly *cannot* have gluten (allergy, celiac, etc) you should sit this one out unless you can get assurances that they can avoid CC.
