I was shocked at how little was made truly gluten free without cross contamination. The food I had was alright- nothing special. Like, one notch above fast food. You’re better off going to Mexican Radio down the street.

I was told that the hard shell tacos were gluten free.and I thoughtI was pretty safe. Neglected-to say the beef is not.I have always identified my self as celiac and had them change gloves. Finally one of the staff said the beef is seasoned with sofrito and not gluten free. I have serious symptoms when I accidentally ingest gluten that last for days. They claim other meats are gluten free. Don’t trust them!!!

Bombers has great/recently priced drinks and a great birthday deal, however their food and menu is not gluten free friendly or celiac friendly. The only dish my husband and I get is the quinoa one. If you have to go there for a birthday margarita celebration you are able to eat something.. but there aren’t really any other safe options.
