Despite asking the waitress if the filet entree would come gluten free before we ordered it, then asking if she could confirm the meal was gluten free once served, we found a large bread crouton under the steak that was a part of the normal preparation of that plate as well as a breaded and fried sweet potato on the plate. When we asked, the waitress blamed the kitchen and said she had only asked if the bernaise sauce was gluten free. Yikes!
