Tried the shrimp summer roll appetizer and the lemongrass chicken rice bowl (no fried shallots - they’re not GF) and everything was so flavorful and tasty! Had a long conversation w the manager Ryan about their fryer, and it doesn’t sound like anything fried contains gluten, so the fried items should be safe, and the wings looked amazing so I’ll be trying those next time! He confirmed with the kitchen that the fried shallots do contain flour but aren’t fried in house.
