I have symptomatic celiac and I LOVE sushi. Now I’m usually pretty nervous to order sushi but not here, Bon Sake made me feel safe and taken care of from the second I walked in. I made a reservation on OpenTable so they knew ahead of time about my celiac. The staff knows exactly what it is and the chefs know how to modify most everything. Do not order anything fried, it is a shared fryer but I can’t emphasize how knowledgeable they were. It’s our go to sushi place now and their spicy tuna was heavenly.

Spicy salmon roll
The hot hamachi sashimi (no yuzo kosho)
Futomaki
They modified where needed and my experience was exceptional. I highly recommend to anyone especially those with allergy concerns. They also do To-Go!
They also used new /clean utensils and a separate clean cutting board!
