No one who works there even understands what the word gluten means. Don’t trust.
Staff knew what was wheat free. Vegetable pho was very good.
Bona's pho broth is gluten free, as is the soy sauce on the tables. The hoisin is not, and is present in some sauces (such as the one for spring rolls). The staff are knowledgeable about which products contain wheat and are more than happy to help you figure out which menu items to avoid.
