Review of BOND Restaurant and Lounge

Tried the Bond restaurant as I was staying at the hotel and I am glad I did. Although they have a GF menu on their website, when I asked for one, the hostess said she'd be right back. She brought the manager over who explained that I could order off the regular menu as they could accommodate most of their meals being GF. I was a bit skeptical, but the server came by and I explained my situation, he was more than happy to spend some time going through all of the choices and how they could adjust ingredients. The only downside is that they do not have a dedicated fryer, but the waiter made some very tasty substitutions.Long story short is that I had a great meal, they even brought out warm bread with olive oil on the side. Be sure to ask for the bread.Also had the flourless chocolate cake, which was fantastic. Had a great experience and will surely return.
