A lot has changed over the years but there is still a gluten free menu and they do handle it well. The biggest change in general is that there is no happy hour food (gluten free or otherwise).

Our family dines at Bonefish frequently. The partner /general manager has a sister with celiac so he is very aware of the precautions that need to be taken and why. Excellent choice for eating out for those with celiac in our experiences.

I have had success here every time I eat off their gf menu. (Celiac)
Many options on their gluten free menu. The fish is fresh and this dessert was by far my favorite.

This was WONDERFUL!! Had steak, lobster, shrimp and flourless brownie. No reactions. I called and asked the usual safety questions for my severely celiac kiddo. They have a system that alerts all staff of "allergies" so that protocols for changing gloves and cook ware are followed. The host had the very best answers for my safety questions...and everyone understood Celiac precautions.

I really like the sea bass. Because it is a chain restaurant the food is consistent at restaurants in other cities.

Shockingly, it was my first time coming here and I felt like it was a good experience. First, they have plenty of seating, both inside and outside. Second, they had plenty of servers. Third, they had something for most people. Being cautious, upon arrival, I clearly asked if they could accommodate and the hostess said yes and that she also had Celiac. Refreshing to know others understand the situation. Since I reviewed the gluten free menu online, I only verified that my option was still available and safely prepared for a gluten intolerance. I was assured it was safe. I opted to order the mahi mahi and shrimp entree with two sides, being asparagus and garlic mash potatoes. On top of my fish and shrimp I ordered the mango salsa. It was great. Both the fish and the shrimp had a great wood grill taste. Portions were a little smaller than I expected, but was satisfied with my entree. For dessert we had the gluten free flourless macadamia nut brownie with vanilla ice cream and raspberry sauce. It was pretty good. Especially the raspberry sauce on the brownie. Overall I had no negative reaction and left feeling great. I’d recommend this place if want to try something different. Note: like most other restaurants, they do have a disclaimer of cross-contamination.
