Always great food here! My favorite is the saucy shrimp appetizer with rice! The gluten free macadamia nut brownie is SO GOOD!!!
I have been to Bonefish numerous times. I have found their waitstaff knowledgeable about celiac and gluten sensitivity. Each time the waitstaff has said they will let the kitchen know so that prep can be done separately, and each time I've had a worry free meal. I especially love their gluten free brownie for dessert.
I have been to Bonefish Grills across the country and have been glutened before but this was the worst experience. I ordered off the GF menu a salmon salad and made certain the waitress knew I was Celiac. The first time they brought me a chicken salad with croutons. The next time they brought me a salmon salad...with croutons. The third time looked correct but it could not have been GF as I did react...badly. I will not be going to BFGs any more.

They have a separate gluten free menu with good options. My server was very attentive and made sure I had a good gluten free and dairy free meal. Food was very good as well.

Ordered their Brussel and salmon salad to go tonight. The server took my order and verified wheat allergy would be observed. When my husband picked it up, they did kindly verify that it was gluten-free, that they change gloves and take, cross-contamination protocol, seriously. However, the salad was only gluten-free if it did not include the crispy onion straws, and when I opened it when we got home, there were onion straws on it. I called and was refunded in full. The manager was apologetic and the salad is new for the season, but disappointing nonetheless.
Service excellent. Gluten free menu and options but not everything can be prepared gluten free. Server knowledgeable.
