Bonefish Grill

The individual taking the order said there was not a “button” to push for the GF salmon superfood salad. She did offer a dinner salad with an add on of salmon. An additional order was made for a Cobb salad with an add on of shrimp. She was told multiple times that the salads needed to be GF. Within 30 minutes of eating the salad with salmon, my husband had a significant gluten reaction.

I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass with mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. It was delicious, but I got sick. These were all on the gf menu. I also told them on the take-out ticket to pack the salad without croutons because of a gluten allergy. The croutons were left on the salad and I gave it away!

Had a separate GF menu with many seafood and land options! They were very accommodating! Great tasting food

This place was a huge disappointment - they make very little effort to accommodate gf - wait staff are completely ignorant. Told them several times I was gluten free - I had to send the meal back. Waitstaff did not properly communicate with kitchen. The second time it was fine but I had to ask for the manager to report the incident.

They have GF menu but be careful what you order, sauces such as the reduced wine sauce/gravy that the waitress said was safe, had me sick. Better to stick with sauce-less entrees like grilled fish and avoid the cross contamination that happened to me.

The only local place with good seafood AND gluten free menu? It's all good...delicious, safe, did I mention delicious, awesome waitstaff, great atmosphere, just can't say enough nice things about bonefish. (By the way when I say good seafood, I'm from Baltimore, so you know I mean it!!!)

Wonderful experience. If you have a gluten allergy, this is the best place to go in Cary, NC.

Six or seven years ago, bonefish grille wasn’t accommodating at all, and I never tried again until now. Selection was great, atmosphere is nice and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I’m not a big fan of many chains and always try to eat local, but for a chain seafood restaurant, this was really good.

Our go-to when hungry and needing to trust the menu. Team Lily Chicken with several side ops. Having a menu marked with GF ops is such a huge bonus. More restaurants need to catch on.

A wonderful meal! They have a dedicated gf menu and although it’s small there’s still a decent variety of options to choose from. I had Lily’s Chicken and it was delicious! Would definitely order it again, I felt safe there.
