Review of Bonefish Grill

They are very knowledgeable. You have to let them know what your problem is and the waiters are trained, but will still double check with the chef. Last time I went the chef at this location had even separate pan in which he cooked my gluten free food. He came and check with me that everything was okay. I Love Bonefish Grill! Before there were more GF places they were the first to care and concern themselves that we had a great experience that would last and not make me regret afterwards.
