Review of Bongo Cafe & Grille

Found this to be a fantastic restaurant with plenty of wheat free & gluten free options. I had a long talk with the owner who is also a nutritionist and extremely honest about not being able to guarantee 100% that cross contact cannot occur. I understand that having worked in kitchens. I was diagnosed with Celiac in 2003 and I know what to look for and what questions to ask when dining out. If a server or owner says they do their best to avoid cross contact and I know what to avoid, it usually works out fine. Bongo has plenty of options, a dedicated fryer and knowledgable staff! Highly recommendable!
