Staff very knowledgeable. Not many GF options though the GF food was tasty. Prepared carefully but had to make sure wait staff didn’t accidentally cross-contaminate.
Several items on the menu are labeled gluten free, but almost all of them contain fried food. The menu does not disclose whether these items share a common fryer or cooking space. I called to ask a manager about it, who seemed like she was over the conversation as soon as she picked up the phone, and she told me that all of the items share a common fryer. These options are not at all safe for people with celiac disease or a wheat allergy.
