Cool ambiance and the best gluten-free bread I’ve ever had in my life. Books & Brunch offers a variety of breakfast options, all compromised of some sort of bread, jam, fruit, eggs, yogurt, etc. So delicious and filling. The gluten-eaters in my party loved their breakfasts, and I was blown away by how delicious the gluten-free baguette was. Absolutely the best GF bread I’ve ever had in my 5.5 years of having celiac. If you’re GF and in Brugge, this place is a must. The lunch options looked equally delicious.
