We eat here all the time because it’s the closest we can get to fast food with the drive in and quick service of a usual 10-15 wait or we call it in on the drive in and most times it’s done when we pull up with maybe a five minute wait or so. They are really busy and get details right. My wife and I personally like to get the big boom on a gluten free bun with extra cheese, meat cheese and bun only. We found that over time we weren’t satisfied with the fully made burger simply because the quality wasn’t consistent. Meaning one cook will have it so perfect on assembly and minimal to no grease vs another cook has a sloppy greasy assembly and the top bun wouldn’t hold up very well. So doing it with zero toppings and just plain has given us the most consistency. We just ask for bbq to dip it in. On another note, friendly gluten free service every time. Thank you Also they don’t have a separate fryer for the gf waffle fries. And they have gluten free buns of course as mentioned above. We don’t wrestle with stomach pains and issues after eating here. So even though there is always the possibility of cross contamination the kitchen has safe food practices. We know this because even though we are not celiac we have super sensitive stomachs along with gluten sensitivity and we are always fine after here.
