Review of Boomstick Brewing Co.

They were very responsive to my request of 100% gluten free meal. Went and spoke to the chef and came back with a beautiful and delicious offering of panseared Salmon (a huge sweet perfectly prepared) filet on a green salad with fresh thinly sliced beets, and fresh made candied pecans. And a homemade gluten-free sauce. It was terrific.
