They have a gluten free menu! Staff was super accommodating and so attentive. My 2 daughters and I had zero reaction to our dinner. 1 daughter had a hamburger on a GF bun, the other had the grilled shrimp dinner. I had the 1/2 & 1/2 combo with crab legs and shrimp. A few fries were eaten with no reaction. They do not have a dedicated fryer and the fries are not on the GF Menu. They actually state that all fried food contains gluten because of the fryer situation. We will be going back! The atmosphere was cool too!

For years Boondocks has been my go to for GF fish. Surprisingly hard to find GF seafood at the beach :( I always get the fish dinner (grilled… I think they offer to make in foil). This trip I got it with garlic and it settled fine but I prefer just grilled. I also get baked potato or broccoli. Very seldom have I been bothered but as long as I tell them gluten free I’ve been fine. One of their menus online says the mahi mahi is Gf. It’s a local fav place to eat. Good place to eat when you aren’t cleaned up or are cleaned up. Open air restaurant. Can feed fish. Nice view of water.
