Food was good, but no dedicated fryer. The waiter was mostly knowledgeable about what was GF vs not, but kept forgetting about the fryer (ex I asked if the tortilla chips were GF and was told yes, but when I asked if they were cooked in the same fryer he said they were). I had a sandwich with a pretty good GF bun - stayed together for the whole sandwich! Kitchen took CC seriously and I didn’t get sick.
