Most of the food is served deli-style, with various pre-prepared salads and pastas and stir-fries and other good things to serve from. Everything is gluten free and vegan, and some items are marked soy free, but it doesn't fall into the classic gluten-free-and-vegan trap of being kind of bland and uninteresting. The flavors were incredible and the food was really interesting! If you go some must-tries are the cheesy mushrooms, the corn fritter (with chipotle cream - DELICIOUS) and of course the pumpkin waffle, which comes with the MOST amazing chai butter.
