Had lunch yesterday. Got the all American burger on a gluten free bun with regular fries. The server was knowledgeable, marked my order "celiac," informed me that there is a separate work station, and that the regular fries are made in a separate fryer. Food was excellent! No symptoms of contamination. Will go back for sure.

They aren't particularly gluten aware and aren't trying to be I read other reviews of this place and went in assuming I had to eat minimally. I ordered an Athens TX burger with no bun, lettuce, and pickle, and it came out as ordered. They do not have dedicated friers, so nothing else was an option. They have gf buns for an upcharge, which were buttered and grilled (daughter got one), though I assume they were grilled in the Dave grill ending where was. So it wasn't the crumbling foamy Udi mess that many places offer, but I wouldn't have ordered it for myself. In all, I'd not go back just because i don't want to have to be that careful, but it was a fair burger.

Gave me a side salad with croutons CRUMBS. Basically the server put no croutons and whoever made it put croutons, took them off, and thankfully I'm very observant and noticed. Will attach a picture of my well done burger that I received that was raw instead. I won't go back.

I will say this, they were honest. Huge burger menu. After checking with the manager, our waiter said other than a plain burger or chicken breast, there was nothing for me to eat. Claimed they made everything from scratch, but then admitted they didn’t know what was in any of the salad dressings. We left with out taking the risk, and headed down the street to another burger bar that had more options.

I ordered a GF bun and asked if fries were in a shared frier to which I was told, "Yes, they are, but I'm GF too and I've never had a problem with it." I proceeded to order a burger with a side salad, and when I removed the salad bowl from the burger basket, I noticed the remains of fries on the basket that were there and then removed. I needed to have the food remade and felt pretty sketchy eating after that.

Would not recommend ever. They have an Udi's gluten free bun (which isn't a problem) however as my gf friends know you have to warm up a gf bun or else is crumbles. Welp it came out frozen and crumbled into pieces. I also asked for a side salad to sub the fries (not gf) and they brought a Cesar salad with croutons. I asked if they had a garden salad but nope...so opted for coleslaw which came raw...feels like a fast food burger bar but honestly would rather go to McDonald's. And this girl hates McDonald's

This place is excellent if CC is okay with you. The staff was super nice about helping out with GF BUT the grill is contaminated.

Standard Udis gluten free buns are available for an upcharge. No gluten free fryer.Burger was very mediocre and my side salad had a fry hidden in it. Wouldn't recommend. Not celiac friendly.
