Usually border grill is amazing, but this specific establishment I had a problem at. When I ordered, I let them know of my gluten allergy and double checked my order, but was still given flour tortillas. I had one before I send noticed the mix up, but after they remade it, they continued to serve a side of queso (which has gluten). The manager was super accommodating and polite, but I am still afraid to eat at this one again. I recommend the one on 3rd.

I got a “Border Bowl” with chicken. The cashier answered my questions and stated he would flag it as a gluten allergy. He said the chips are safe, but to stay away from the queso! They use flour tortillas which are the biggest risk of CC. I really enjoyed the food here, it is delicious, and I have not noticed any negative effects.

Good nachos!
This is one of the easiest, worry free places to eat gluten free in Marquette, and the food is to die for. Staff is very familiar with gluten and dairy allergies, also Vegan, and will put this right on your food ticket/ receipt. They use all whole, fresh, ingredients, and make everything on site, in an open kitchen. They make their corn chips, in a gluten free fryer. They can prepare almost every items on the menu gluten free, including burritos! Also, they have Jarritos Mexican soda!
Very gf-friendly (vegan, too!) many menu items can be made gf. Staff is all trained in gf food prep. They have gf beer options as well. It's a favorite go-to restaurant for a relatively inexpensive and worry-free meal.

No crispy tacos plus I’ve never ingested so much salt in half a taco and 3 or 4 cups in my life. Don’t know yet if any reaction. I’ll post more if I do. Either way I won’t be back.

I ordered a burrito bowl and told them I had Celiac. One of the employees assured me it was safe for Celiac without a doubt. When I ordered, I had a new employee and she wasn’t sure so asked the manager. It was extremely busy but the manager said they didn’t have a dedicated space for allergy so said I shouldn’t eat there. Seemed like he didn’t want to deal with it. I ordered but went back to the original person and she said she would make sure my food was good. I ate my food, even had chips(dedicated fryer) and it was very good. The only thing they put in their fryer are the chips. I didn’t get sick so obviously the employee I spoke with understood Celiac but they need a better manager.
