This is a little Smokery by Kerteminde Harbor. They have glutenfree beer and their own freshly smoked mackerel, herring, prawns and salmon, plus gluten-free fries and bread. You can buy this to go or eat it at the Cafe tables right next to the little local shop. I talked to the owner, his own daughter is celiac and he is very aware of what spice-mixes they use and has taught the staff about cross contamination and what they need to be aware of. He says there is a slight risk of cross contamination because of the fact that they do sell breaded fish fillets. But his staff is trained and they have many gluten-free options, including GF bread to go along with the food.
