Review of Bosphorus Istanbul Restaurant

October 2023- Went here yesterday and the manager showed me the allergens document. All meat and rice and salad is gluten free. Only bread and chips contain gluten and most starters which are fried. He said if you called in advance they can do gluten free fries in a dedicated fryer which is great to know. Delicious meats and rice and salad. We opted out of cous cous due to gluten but our food came with cous cous (chef mistake) but they redid our meal. No stomach issues at all.
