Review of Bosscat Kitchen & Libations

The food was not bad, but the problem is they’re not safe for celiacs! Not even close. Items are marked GF on the menu but still cooked with gluten foods (as in the fries are fried with gluten items). Luckily our waiter was very honest and as helpful as he could be. He told us that the gluten free items are made/marketed to those being “trendy” but not for people who actually have medical conditions (celiac, allergies, etc). I ended up having their salmon dish. He actually said that was safer than spicy crab pasta, which is made with gluten free pasta. Says a lot when a dish made with gluten free ingredients isn’t even safe...
