Told the server that I had celiac disease and had to be gluten free. She said they had GF buns and then said I couldn't have the fries because of cross-contamination. I was encouraged when SHE said cross-contamination first! She understood what that meant. It turned out that it wasn't safe to have the baked beans or coleslaw either, so a regular side salad was substituted (and upcharged). It was fresh, but was just a basic salad. Many of the burgers have items that have gluten so I ordered the Boston Burger -tomatoes, lettuce, onion with a side of mayo. It was basically my substituted salad with a (GF, upcharged) bun and burger. So not a lot of variety, but it WAS safe and the burger was very good. I did not get sick or feel uncomfortable after eating. We ate outside, which was nice. Not a bad experience, but not super great either.
