No information about gluten on the menu, but my waitress was knowledgeable and told me that most menu items (except for things that obviously contain gluten) are safe for people w celiac disease. I ordered the hanger steak frites and it was SO good. Straightforward menu, seems like they make sure to exclude gluten unless it’s absolutely necessary, so there are a lot of choices.

Restaurant is stunning, great waitstaff and food is delicious. As with most steak restaurants, there are several GF options naturally on their menu. The fries are in a dedicated fryer ONLY at this location (not South End, from what I was told).
