Did not eat here. Called ahead and manager confirmed they have cross contamination protocols. Their website also says: "If you have a gluten allergy, please be sure to talk to your server to ask for any additional preparations to attempt to avoid any contact with other gluten products”. However, even after speaking with the kitchen, our server could not identify any protocols that could be taken at all (for example, how GF pizzas were handled). He said (direct quote): "nothing is safe” but that “they’ll try". Not very convincing so I didn’t risk it.
