Boston Pizza

I'm always hesitant to eat in a place like this but after a phone call prior to my visit and assurance from our super sweet server, I ate confidently. The menu is marked with items that are part of their Glutenwise menu. There is a good selection of pizza and pastas on it. The general manager I spoke to on the phone told me everything is separate and they even have separate sauce for the gf pizzas and the server told me different cutters for them too. The general manager was up front with me and told me I should stay away from the baked wings as they're pre-prepped and he wasn't comfortable telling me he could could guarantee they'd be free of cross contamination. I had a pizza and it was very tasty. I loved the crust! While I'm sure it is a premade one, it was definitely one of the better ones I've had. It really had a great flavor and texture.
