They have a “gluten friendly” menu with quite a few options. They offer gluten free pizza dough, which is pretty good. Been a few times- some staff understand gluten free really well, others are less concerned.

Gluten free options if pizza, pasta, buns. Great options for kids. Aware of how to prepare for Celiac.

The waitress at this location was excellent in terms of knowledge of celiac. She was reassuring. Ordered a hamburger on a gluten free bun with a side salad. She told us that a dedicated person would be preparing the meal, wearing different gloves and mentioned safety precautions. She told me what dressing I could have with my side salad. There was even a gluten free brownie on the menu that I did not get, but nice to know there are options.

The menu has lots of items labelled ‘gluten friendly’ however there is no dedicated fryer and wait staff was not very knowledgeable of celiac disease. I ordered a gluten free pasta and told them I had celiac disease, they brought my plate of pasta out with 2 big fat slices of garlic cheese toast on top! I told the waitress I couldn’t eat it and she asked if I wanted them to take the garlic bread off ... luckily someone else at my table had ordered the same thing as me but with regular pasta ... he took my botched order to ensure they wouldn’t just remove the garlic toast and return the plate to the table. They missed my husbands order completely and brought out the other two couples food, when everyone else was done eating our food showed up. I ate hesitantly but didn’t get sick! We didn’t even get an apology, let alone a discount.

I went for lunch this afternoon after trying a gf pizza at the Penticton location and enjoying it. They don't have a specific gluten free menu, however their regular menu has a blue G next to "gluten aware" items. For instance, wings, because they are baked instead of fried (there is no dedicated fryer). The options are a little limited but they make the effort which is nice. The server was very attentive to all of my questions (because im recently diagnosed in the last 6 months so im terrified of getting glutoned). After googling the buns they use I felt good in ordering a burger. The server informs me that the patties go into the same oven that pizzas go into so I asked if there was any way of just cooking it in a frying pan. She went to check and the manager came out to assist instead. She explained their cooking practices with celiac orders. They wash their hands and surfaces and take every precaution, however that they could never say with absolute certainty that after their best efforts that there wouldnt be contamination. I decided that after having had a gf pizza at another location before that would have been in the same oven as non gluten free, that it would probably be ok. So i took the risk. Both the server and the manager were absolutely lovely and didnt make me feel like a burden at all (which i always feel like being new to it all. I would just rather be safe than sorry). I also got a ceasar salad because i couldnt have fries. I was very impressed with the meal when it came out. The burger was of course a little smaller than usual due to the small gf bun.. which we're all used to the tiny breads we have to buy.. but overall it all tasted great and i'm feeling pretty good after. So i would definitely recommend boston pizza, especially this location because of just how friendly and respectfully they approached everything. The only reason i didnt give 5 stars is because i wish there were more options on the menu that dont require the use of the oven. Unless they had a gluten free oven, and of course, a dedicated fryer would be nice!

I was nervous because I am not from Kindersely. We came out to take a grandparent out for lunch. The girl that seated us didn’t know if they had a gluten free menu but the waiter seemed to know about gluten free.

The staff was very knowledgeable and told us that they didn’t have separate fryers. The server explained that the pasta came in individual bag.

Felt comfortable eating here. They have cauliflower pizza crust. The GF menu says the wings are ok, but didn’t feel Comfortable eating them as the sauces said May Contain Gluten. Server did a good job to ensure pizza would be safe

Several GF options on menu and large portions. Unfortunately the young waitress was in ‘automatic mode’, so when I said “I’m going to need this gluten free as I’m coeliac” she replied “that’s awesome”. “Err no it’s not!” I said. PS you have to pay EXTRA for the gf pasta and yet DO NOT get (obviously) the garlic bread. So, you pay more, but get less which seems a little unfair. I asked for a side salad instead, and was told that wasn’t possible as “garlic bread is cheaper than a salad”. Hmm ok. I note that in the UK I have never had to pay more for gf pasta or pizza base but in Canada this seems the norm. You don’t pay different amounts for a small or large item of clothing as the extra cost is absorbed, shared between all purchases, so charging for gf pasta seems unfair opportunism IMHO!

Safest location is in Stonebridge on the south end of the city. Never got sick there. Have got sick from other locations. Blairmore on West side is the worst one. Note!!! The ranch dressing has a may contains, the manager in the Stonebridge location showed me, she was the first to ever look thoroughly to ensure my safety.

My husband called ahead and spoke to a greeter who did not know what gluten free meant. He asked to be transferred to a manager who shared they had gluten free options but cannot control what happens in the factory. Otherwise, she said their food was "celiac safe" because they can control how they handle the food in the kitchen. We eat food with labels that have 0 gluten ingredients but is not label "gluten free" so we were OK with that explanation because it is usually safe to eat.We arrived at the restaurant and ordered food. The manager came out to warn my husband that his sauces have the "may contain wheat" warning. This is different than what was said on the phone call: this is a risk for cross contamination and IS NOT celiac friendly. What is the point of their "GlutenWise" pizza menu if we are supposed to eat plain GF bread? When we shared that we spoke to a manager, he said that was impossible because he was the manager. Thus: 1) someone impersonated a manager and 2) lied about their food. We did not stay.

I asked about an item that was not marked as gluten wise but looked like it should be. They confirmed that the issue is that the veggies come pre chopped so they have an unknown history regarding cross contamination. Staff was knowledgeable about cross contamination risk.

Plenty of great gf options. The staff was very helpful and understood cross contamination. I highly recommend the gf wings, my partner who is not celiac liked them better than the regular wings. The gf options are labeled in the regular menu as Gluten Wise. The gf pizza crust is soft and thick. Just as good as regular crust in my opinion.
