Their ''glutenwise'' brand is just made without gluten ingredient but doesn't mean there's no cross contamination. On their website if you go on the nutrition page and then read the small prints you will find this : "All of our GlutenWiseTM‡ items are prepared with gluten-free ingredients. However, due to the open nature of our kitchens where gluten is present and the handmade preparation of our recipes, cross-contamination may occur. "

Plusieurs choix sans gluten sur le menu et c'est réellement certifié sans gluten! Pour le moment j'ai essayé la pizza et j'ai adoré!Many choices of salad, pizza and pasta gluten free! The pizza was delicious!

I really like their gluten free cauliflower crust! I find it very fluffy for a gluten free bread product. They also have a bunch more gluten free GlutenWise dishes such as pasta, burgers, oven-baked wings, and a brownie! I am non-celiac gluten intolerant and have not had any problems here.

I called in advance to ask if they had procedures in place to prepare gluten-free food without cross-contamination. The first person didn't understand what I was asking, but the second confirmed that they did. I dined-in, and the server patiently answered my questions. I asked if they had a dedicated fryer, and they said no. They had a gluten-free brownie that was delicious, and their gluten-free pizza crust (cauliflower-based) was also surprisingly great. My mother without any gluten sensitivities liked both. I would not recommend this restaurant for those with celiac disease. The gluten-wise indicator isn't well-thought-out. The chain does not have dedicated fryers, but one of the pizzas has fried toppings and was indicated as a gluten free option if you selected the gluten-wise crust. I'm confident the brownie was gluten-free, but I'm not confident that the ice cream was. The server was helpful, the food was tasty, and there were options, but I just don't think the menu is safe.

This is a chain...however they claim to have a different prep area for GF. I found a fairly wide selection of gluten free. Order has 8 wings..lol I sampled a couple before pix

I can’t believe they can call it food. Terrible. Terrible. Their gluten free options are lame and taste bad. Nothing worth trying here. Go elsewhere.
