Boston Pizza

I am an asymptomatic celiac so I cannot honestly say whether or not I was glutened. But the staff at this Boston Pizza did take my request for gluten free food and cross contact precautions seriously. They were training new staff in the kitchen so they voluntarily put a senior cook incharge of my order. When I ordered their gluten free dessert option they told me they would not serve me ice cream with it because there would be a risk of cross contact. They were kind, attentive and had good knowledge. Everything seemed to be safe. Staff was professional. Great experience.

I have eaten here a few times. I always had their pizza and zero reactions! The waitress I had was aware of celiac disease and made sure their was no cross contamination!

Boston Pizza is one of the only national chains that offers gluten free items in each category for example sandwich, burger, pasta, pizza and dessert. They don't offer a seperate deep fryer so don't eat the fries and I suspect they cook the gluten free pasta in the same water as the rest so we avoid. That being said it has been a option to eat at in any city we travel to.

Waitress was super friendly and knew how to alter items to make gluten free. Lots of options and didn’t react to anything which was great.
