With very few options for GF bakeries in Florence this was definitely worth the walk. Plenty of savory and sweet pastries and breads as well as an array of packaged goods. Disappointingly they didn’t have gluten free hot chocolate

Absolutely unreal. Insanely good breads and pastries (good for a lunch stop and sweet treats). The grocery store part of it is MASSIVE and incredible — definitely got some fun gf pasta to bring home. It’s a little walk from the city center but worth it!!

Amazing bakery and supermarket with amazing bread, pastries, schiacciata, cakes, pizzas, sandwiches and pretty much anything you could ask for! Great variety and entirely gluten free so definitely one of the best places I’ve been (in the world). The shop section has lots to offer too and you can buy all typical Italian products.

Update: visited twice during my stay here. Can 100% recommend the focaccia and the chocolate cream puffs (both worthy of Tucci-esque « oh my God!! »s of delight), and am super grateful for the wide selection of gf muesli in the shop area. Really not a bad trek on the bus (23) for better gf baked goods than I have ever tasted in N. America. Cannot recommend enough!!

Very friendly staff, lovely outdoor seating area, includes a gf grocery store and OMG THE PASTRIES!!!!!!!!!!!

We made a special pilgrimage out here (30 minutes on the #23 bus to get there, then walked an hour to get back/burn off some calories). Worth it.

The grocery area has pasta shapes and flavours I’ve never even heard of, also gf panettone and every gf cookie, cake, breakfast cereal, bread product you can imagine. But the beautiful, beautiful pastries and loaves in the bakery area are still the stars for me. I’ll be dreaming of this place for years. If you’re staying in Florence more than two days, it’s worth setting aside time to head out here.

This place was amazing. Everything is gf. The food tasted like it wasn’t gf. I am celiac and I ate there twice and felt amazing.

Very nice bakery & GF supplies store. It is a little bit of a trek if you’re staying in the central part of the city, but the bus trip isn’t difficult. The store carries a wide range of packaged pastas, cookies, flours, etc. It’s a little tempting to want to stock up just because everything is GF and a bit novel. The baked goods were good (some fruit and savoury pies/turnovers, a few different kinds of cookies and a few different breads). The GF beer for sale is mostly barley based (“gluten reduced“ in other parts of the world) though I think they had one Greens that might have been sorghum based.

AMAZING!!! I’ve never been to a just GF store it was relieving not to have to look at ingredients and kind of mind boggling. The owner was so nice as I didn’t speak Italian, and explained what all the fresh baked goodies were( had sweet and savory) I sat down in the small restaurant area with a delicious chocolate hazelnut dessert, and a flakey creation with eggplant Parmesan and tomato sauce - life changing! And the store is small but incredible in addition!

Fabulous GF shop & bakery, such a friendly staff. They told me that since covid it is no longer a restaurant (sad for us), but great paninis & other great baked goods that they will heat. Nice pastas and dried goods in the market.

The best gluten free bakery where I have been! Lots of different bread, pastries, pizza and cakes! I tasted almost everything and all of them excellent!! Next to the bakery there is a little gluten free store, where you can find croissants, pasta, pizza, muesli, cereal, bread and everything else you need for home! Amazing place and the staff very friendly!
