Wow, incredible experience from a culinary excellence standpoint and from a Celiac awareness standpoint. The menu does rotate, but only two items on the menu had gluten when I was there (just one appetizer and one dessert); the rest is gluten free. Kitchen is small, but still minimal risk of cross contamination due to minimal gluten items on the menu. With any food allergy, they clean the cook space entirely and use fresh utensils. The chef is extremely passionate about handling food allergies, and uses gluten-free replacement flour as thickener for sauces and soups. As for the food quality, it's a world-class establishment and stands up to any top restaurant in the country. Phenomenal for Celaic and any food allergy, including rare ones.
