I ate at this restaurant and they were very clear about the items on the menu that I could eat, which was about 80% of the menu. They were knowledgeable on the sources of gluten such as soy sauce, and reassured me that there wasn’t any in my choices. They had gluten-free crackers to go with the cheese. I did not get sick from eating at this restaurant.
