Review of Boulangerie Chambelland

My favorite GF bakery in Paris. Even slightly better than Copains for me but that’s a very personal choice as both are amazing.

What I liked here was the ability to have really good gf and dairy free sandwich - since it can be so hard to have western-style savory items dairy free in Paris with all the butter. The sandwich bread might be the best gf/df I’ve ever had. We got both the chicken and veggie sandwiches were both on good bread but just also cleverly and well flavored. Just really enjoyable experience.

The sugar loaf was super good too - slight citrus was so yummy.

The paysan bread was a really nice sourdough that surprised me and lasted well for a couple days even after I broke the crust.
