They do not have gluten free bread. We walked here to get a sandwich and found out the hard way. Only omelettes, smoothies, and quiche.

Had the breakfast bowl. It was fantastic! 2 tapes of quiche with a Swiss cheese Crust, build your own omelets, protein drinks, smoothies, coffee and tea. A great little place. Small mom and pop shop. You may have to wait 10 or 15 mins to be served at the counter as they are very popular, then you can eat inside or out, or takeout. Very friendly and a good variety of gluten free options. Hubby is not celiac, he had the biscuits and gravy. Coming from the Midwest, hubby knows his biscuits and gravy, so was pleasantly surprised when he said, "this might be the best biscuits and gravy I have ever had!".

I had a build your own sandwich that was pretty good. The bread was a little dry but it was not bad. They messed up our order which was the only disappointing thing. But a very cute place. Their peach pear apricot smoothies are amazing!
