This particular location offers a gluten free menu, but the menu and the staff are very clear to state "gluten friendly" not gluten free. No dedicated frier, so anything fried will certainly have cross contamination. Anything grilled is probably going to as well. The taste is great though. Probably not a good choice for people who need to avoid cross contamination. Will be going to the St Cloud location next time as they do have a dedicated frier
