Terrific farm-to-table restaurant. There are possibilities of three courses plus dessert or any combination of. All main dishes —except the pasta one- are gluten-free. Three or four desserts are gluten-free. The GF focaccia with dairy-free butter & olive oil is fantastic. I’m also dairy free and they are able to substitute dairy-free items in most dishes, including cheese course.
I ate the sunchokes, salmon and duck. It was too much food so we boxed up half of the duck. I tasted the meatballs —good; lemon cake—excellent.
Others loved their alcoholic drinks.
In addition to handling GF and DF well they were also knowledgeable and careful with my niece’s nut-free and pea-free diet. Outstanding staff.
Everything was amazing, and they were great with eating restrictions - I am gluten and dairy free, and our server was great! She asked about eating restrictions first thing, and was able to walk me through the tasting menu and what could be altered. Full tasting menu including dessert with her recommendations, did not get sick at all.
Excellent experience. My gluten eating husband and I went on a date while in town for first time. Nearly everything was gluten free minus 1 pasta dish and 1 dessert. He got a tasting menu which was a 1st, 2nd and 3rd plus dessert. I can't eat that much so I got a 1st and 3rd plus dessert. Everything was excellent. We both loved the meatballs and enjoyed being able to share food. Drinks were really good as well. Appreciate the staff being so knowledgeable about gluten.
Absolutely AMAZING! While the menu does not list allergens, the waitress asked the table for any dietary restrictions, wrote down my list of allergies, and put them in the computer for the chef who took such careful care. She made very clear what dishes could be made special and which couldn’t. It was an excellent and safe dining experience and I genuinely enjoyed myself with no worries. OH and the food was fantastic to boot!
Super GF friendly! Knew what was available to me on the menu (almost everything) and had GF Mary’s gone crackers for charcuterie and dips.
I frequent Bouquet a few times of month. I have NEVER gotten sick after eating here. I've had so many different meals and they even freshly prepare corn tortilla chips for the cheese/charcuterie plates. Great wine, excellent service, well aware of Celiac Disease, and safe food. Highly recommend!!
Wonderful place! Several gluten free options and willing to accommodate. Food was so full of flavor and delicious. High recommend!!!!
