Bourbon BBQ & Catering

We have been buying BBQ supplies from them for a few years and we decided to ask them if they had anything Gluten free on the menu. The owner told us the only gluten they have is bread and fried foods. We ordered our food and the owner made sure that the food was all prepared on a separate block and each piece was plated on its own little bowl. My wife is Celiac, and so far so good. I am a really into BBQ , and have traveled all over and tried to eat BBQ from anywhere I can. And I have to say that this is the best Restaurant BBQ I have had the pleasure of having. . I am not saying I have had a chance to eat at any of the legands, and am not comparing. We can say this is a place worth stopping by if you are GF and love BBQ!
