Went there and the staff was capable of telling me all GF options. So I ordered, on their instruction, GF nacho's. It was tasty, yet within 30mins of consuming I got a glutenattack.
My boyfriend called them and it appeared that they put my nacho's in the oven at the same time with multiple kinds of bread. When I asked around (I'm a local) friends of mine with celiac also became sick, but then three times in a row
So they do have GF assortment but they don't know the way around celiac.

This is a gem of a restaurant in Heerenveen. They knew what could and could not be served to a celiac and made sure other options were on the table. They knew I couldn’t eat the patat that came with my meal, so they took the fresh potatoes and roasted them instead. They were delicious.
