They recently added Pork Belly and Salmon to their list of gluten free add ons for the (supposedly gluten free) bibimbop. I ordered it with pork belly. The server told me all the little dishes of kimchi were gf except one made from tofu. They served me miso soup, which I did not touch for fear it was made with barley miso. I now have a terrible stomach ache. Either it was a cross reaction from the quinoa in the bowl or something was marinated in wheat containing soy sauce. I appreciate their efforts to offer gf menu items but the servers don’t seem terribly well versed.
