Review of Bowl'd BBQ Oakland x Vons Chicken

They have some but very few gluten free options. A few vegan and vegetarian or egg dishes are gf but NONE of the meat is. All of the meat is marinated in soy sauce. Also their tea is barley based, they do have a corn tea if you let them know u are gluten free. The food is great, there is just not many options here. They are very knowledgeable about what is and isn't gluten free as well.
