Restaurant uses Udi's pizza crust. Thin 10" crust pizza. Decent basic GF pizza for a good price. Toppings are extra as most places.
We go there all the time! My sister and I are both celiac and they are very educated about it and have a good gf pizza. It’s a little crispy but that’s what you would expect. If you want good pizza go here!
informed by the chef that pizza is cooked in a "chain oven", so all the pizzas go in the same place, but it is cut separately.
