Waitress was knowledgeable and informed me about the menu options and that the fries had a dedicated fryer separate from other fried foods. She also confirmed with the kitchen that my order could be made gluten free. I had a bourbon bacon burger with fries and no reaction (I'm extremely sensitive). Food was yummy.
