They have a cafe on the farm. The staff is very knowledgeable about celiac and gluten intolerance. They offer gluten-free buns, change gloves, and clean the area. They have separate vegetables for food to avoid cross contamination. They also flagged my order and delivered it to me to make sure it stayed clean.
