Staff was upfront about the high risk of cross contact (no dedicated toaster, gluten free bagels baked in a shared oven, though unclear if convection or standard- I didn’t ask). More importantly the gluten free bagels were extremely dense and not tasty. So at least you’re not missing anything by not being able to eat them.

They have gluten free bagels here, but the owner let me know there was too much cross contamination to get anything. They said they could change their gloves, but do not have a separate toaster, knife, grill, etc. so he recommended I don’t get anything, which I appreciate.
