All the buffet items were labelled so I checked with staff to see if I was ok to just follow the labels to see what contained gluten. To be very sure they called the Head Chef who gave me a tour of the buffet to let me know exactly which foods were safe and which weren’t. The majority of meat dishes were gf with the exception of four which the waiters were all able to identify. Overall a great dining experience with plenty of options to choose from.
